Dr. Erik Van Slooten explains how the contest works

“Amplify Your Voice” is a contest encouraging chiropractors everywhere to upload a five minute video of their health-talk. Once it’s uploaded, the video is eligible for public voting and sharing. The contest commences on September 18, 2011 (Chiropractic’s birthday) and runs through December 10, 2011. Entry into the contest is open to licensed D.C.’s.

Anyone can challenge a D.C. to enter by clicking “Challenge a Doctor”. Dr. Van Slooten will award the Grand Prize winner $5,000.00 in cash. Watch the introductory video above for specific information on how to enter, vote and win!
